By downloading, browsing, accessing or using WithMe mobile application (“Mobile Application”), You (“User” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If You disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, You must immediately discontinue Your access to the Mobile Application and Your use of the services offered on the Mobile Application. Continued use of the Mobile Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as may be amended from time to time.
Return Policy
At WithMe Enterprise, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all users of our platform. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a service needs to be canceled. Our refund policy aims to balance fairness for both customers and Social Companion Assistants (SCAs) while ensuring transparency. Please review the details below:
Refund Guidelines
- 0 - 15 Minutes

If the service is canceled within the first 15 minutes, the customer is entitled to an 80% refund of the total payment.

The remaining 20% of the payment will be retained as a service charge and will be distributed as follows:

70% to the Social Companion Assistant (SCA).

30% to WithMe Enterprise.

Example: For a payment of RM100, RM80 will be refunded to the customer, while RM20 will be retained, of which RM14 goes to the SCA and RM6 to WithMe Enterprise.
- 15 - 30 Minutes

If the service is canceled between 15 and 30 minutes, the customer is entitled to a 50% refund of the total payment.

The remaining 50% of the payment will be retained as a service charge and will be distributed as follows:

70% to the Social Companion Assistant (SCA).

30% to WithMe Enterprise.

Example: For a payment of RM100, RM50 will be refunded to the customer, and RM50 will be retained and shared between the SCA and WithMe Enterprise as per the standard distribution policy.
- 30 Minutes and Above

If the service is canceled after 30 minutes, the customer will not be eligible for any refund.

We believe that 30 minutes is sufficient time for customers to assess and decide whether they are satisfied with the service. Once this period has passed, the service is deemed fully rendered.

All refunds will only be processed after valid verification by WithMe Enterprise.

Customers are encouraged to review the terms and understand the service before confirming their booking.

In cases of disputes, WithMe Enterprise reserves the right to make the final decision.
